We pride ourselves in the relationships we build with our customers, which is achieved through our personal management service. You will be assigned a dedicated contract manager who will work closely with you to fully establish your waste needs.
Your contract manager will perform your onsite visits, including your annual audits. They will look at improving your waste segregation and minimisation strategies. Key Performance Indicators and other performance criteria are set from the recommendations outlined in your audits. We will work closely with you to achieve your waste goals.
As part of Tradebe’s ISO 9001 accreditations, you and your contract manager will have regular meetings to ensure the smooth running of your waste management. The initial frequency of these meetings will be established at the commencement of your contract. This will be reviewed over the first six months, but we recommend that no fewer than every quarter for the duration of the contract.
Your contract manager will also provide you with the necessary tools and methods required to educate your staff to understand their waste requirements. This consists of onsite and classroom training, e-learning packages and educational literature.
Your contract manager is your first port of call and is always there to help you along the path to achieving your waste aims and objectives.
