Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC, an international leader in waste reclamation and recycling solutions, completed the purchase of First Response Environmental Group, FREG. FREG is now First Response, a Tradebe Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC.
First Response has provided environmental services to the Southeastern US since 1994. FREG’s service lines include Emergency Response, Industrial Services, Remediation, Demolition and Abatement, and Nonhazardous Waste Water Treatment. FREG employs 70 people and operates a waste water treatment facility in Nashville, TN. This facility, formerly Clearwater Environmental, LLC, will become Tradebe Treatment and Recycling of Nashville, LLC. FREG also owns and operates a fleet of waste transportation vehicles including vacuum trucks, bulk transporters, and other specialty vehicles. This fleet will become Tradebe Transportation, LLC.
Additions to Tradebe’s current service portfolio include expanded industrial and field services, lead and asbestos abatement and demolition services, as well as an expanded treatment facility network. Along with these expanded service capabilities, Tradebe gains the substantial experience and technical expertise of the FREG team.
