TRADEBE Healthcare Increases FORS Accreditation

Tradebe UK
We are pleased to announce that TRADEBE Healthcare has retained its FORS (Freight Operator Recognition Scheme) Bronze Accreditation for our Rochester site, in addition to earning the accreditation for four other facilities. The FORS scheme is designed to recognise hauliers who demonstrate the highest levels of fleet management, with special emphasis placed on the safety of other road users.

TRADEBE Healthcare Rochester has successfully been FORS Bronze accredited since 2014. As a site that conducts services within the M25, Rochester was chosen as the main location to carry out the FORS accreditation to show best practice of operating in the London area. As increasingly stringent measures of limiting and managing inner-city congestion and emissions continue to be introduced, a greater number of UK cities are committing to the FORS standards of safety, efficiency and environmental protection. The FORS audit is an intensive test of how well we run our fleet in terms of safety, driver training, efficiency, environmental concern and many other aspects of quality of management.

In line with TRADEBE Healthcare’s excellent progress in improving transport systems and compliance, the decision was taken to ensure that the entire Healthcare fleet achieved FORS Accreditation 000210. We have also taken this opportunity to complete the FORS Bronze accreditation for our Fawley site, as they abide by many of the same policies and procedures as TRADEBE Healthcare. This achievement reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and ensures that our customers know that we value compliance, safety and environmental responsibility as highly as they do.

I would like to thank all of the Transport Managers and their teams at the sites who have helped us achieve this accreditation for the group.

We are now FORS accredited for the following sites:
  • Redditch
  • Wrexham
  • Avonmouth
  • Rochester
  • Fawley
